The Reason behind TouchPoint.

After caring for my parents, in our home for nine years, I wanted to start a business doing the things I wished were available for me.

Knowing the Seniors in our lives deserve the best, but not having the time to do it all, I felt compelled to be the bridge between families and their loved ones. Allowing families to be more family and less caregivers, providing a safety net to give seniors a greater sense of security and a follow up to a chosen family member, all propel me forward. It is with this first-hand experience, a great understanding of busy lives and a strong desire to see the elderly stay as independent as long as possible, TouchPoint Senior Check-in Service was born.

It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized connections from our team. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our client’s needs. At Touchpoint, with a daily phone call or video call, whichever suits them best, we befriend your loved one and bring a bit of sunshine and warm fuzzies to their life, while finding out important information about how they are doing. Then as part of our bridging the gap service, we give a quick text to a designated contact person giving them a daily update.
